  A fairly new restaurant in a small town, we hope they are successful. It's good to have choices! We have been there on several occasions for their fish fry, steaks, nightly specials and sandwiches. Slow times and busy times, all the meals have been very tasty and great portions. We love their unique fries. And the mushroom chips are to die for! The prices are reasonable, sometimes the wait can be a little long in getting the food served. On many visits the chef has come out to check on our satisfaction with the meal. Although touted as a supper club, I would not say the décor fits that description. The main dining area looks more like a franchise diner. But it is clean and tidy. Overall, we recommend and feel you won't be disappointed with the meal.

  We went to 131 today for lunch. We arrived around 12:45. We were seated and had our orders taken promptly. We then waited over an hour for our food order of 4 hamburgers. During this wait time we noticed not a single customer around us had their food brought to them either. The waitresses were very efficient and kept our drinks full. Then all at once three tables got their food. (This was from 1:50-2:00). Once we did get our food, our burgers that we ordered medium rare were so overcooked the meat just fell apart from being so dry. The servers and the drinks are always good, however if the kitchen's efficiency, prioritization, and quality of food does not improve, we will not be dining there much longer.
